Ladies and Gentlemen:

Before we begin, let me announce the rules and regulation of this contest,

Each substantive speech takes five minutes; after three minutes the time keeper will knock once, after five minutes the time keeper will knock twice; and after five minutes twenty seconds the time keeper will knock continuously to show that the time is over.

For the reply speech the maximum time is three minutes; after two minutes the time keeper will knock once; after three minutes the time keeper will knock twice; and after three minutes twenty second the time keeper will knock continuously. 

Before we start the debate I would like to remind all audiences to turn off all electrical gadget that produce sound that may disturb the debate.
